As you might have realised by now each time we stay in Italy for a bit we put ourselves in the position of doing some huge diy project that we manage to finish just few days before leaving. I am not complaining, at all: we love the things that come up like that, at the very end, without planning, just hard work and fun.

While in Italy last year (yes, I know, long time ago, but I thought just now it would be nice to share this post) my husband put his cooking skills to test quite a lot. We don’t plan to be sharing all the recipes, since unluckily most of the times we didn’t take pictures. We did though document a few.
