It’s been very long since we last shared a post on food. Although eating out, trying new-to-us cuisines and different food are some of our favorite things, another important aspect in our relationship with food involves the process of making a dish.
As you probably know, Matteo worked as a cook in Madrid. But what you don’t know is that he actually worked in Pizza shop for about two years. While in Italy last year (yes, I know, long time ago, but I thought just now it would be nice to share this post) my husband put his cooking skills to test quite a lot.
