When we moved in our cute apartment in Madrid we found there a huge wooden cupboard. It was in really good shape and I think the girls that lived there before us had just bought it since it actually looked quite new. A dresser updated to DJ console

My husband’s parents had a really nice and sturdy dresser/buffet in their living room.  It was huge. Approximately 2 meters long, 50 cm deep and more than 1 meter height but its six drawers and a door on the left side of the full height of the dresser gave a great storage space (sorry I don’t have a picture of the piece has it used to be, but I think you might get an idea looking at the pictures). An antique Spanish kneeling-stoolThe inhabitants of Madrid, and especially of the neighbourhood of El Rastro, have the great custom of leaving on the street the things they want to get rid of. Walking at night gives you the opportunity to find incredible stuff, especially furniture: I’m sure you could easily furnish a whole house. One of the things we took home was a kneeling-stool.
